MS Word Shortcut Keys

There are some shortcut keys which we may not be using in regular way.
These shortcut keys for MS Word are useful for all formatting,editing page layout,marking pages etc..

The Shortcut Keys are given as follows

Ctrl + H :
When pressed,selected text can be replaced with another text.
A replace text dialog box will appear..

Ctrl + G :
When pressed, gives us option for selecting the particular page, bookmark, footnote, table using their corresponding page nos,bookmark entries etc.
Here also Find and Replace dialog box appears..

Alt + Ctrl + I :
When pressed, print preview of current page is shown.
Thus indirectly the Print Preview option available in File Menu is being called..

Alt + Shift + O :
When pressed, ask text for maintaining table of contents.
Here Mark Table of Contents Entry dialog box appears..

Alt + Ctrl + F :
When pressed, creates a foot note for the current page.
At the last the footnote appears along with numbers where u can specify ur notes..

Alt + Ctrl + D :
When pressed, creates an end note for the current document.
Likewise the footnote, point appears and there u can specify ur end note for the document..

Shift + F1 :
When pressed, will display various text formatting done on the current page.
In the Right Hand Side(RHS) a Reveal Formatting box appears..

Alt + Shift + D :
When pressed, will create date field in the current page.
The current System date is being assigned in the document..

These are the shortcuts being used for quick formatting of the document..
