- Launched the service only in Google Chrome web browser.. will be expanded to other web browsers too..

With the older versions, "WhatsApp Web" option is not available..
But after updating the new version and after restart of WhatsApp,
in the menu, we can find the Whatsapp Web as below
So open the Google Chrome web browser, try the link 'web.whatsapp.com'
So you will be directed to home page with QR code as below
So from the smartphone app menu, once we click "WhatsApp Web" then we will get an option to scan the QR code of the desktop web browser as below
Scanning of QR Code might take some few seconds..
Once done.. then WhatsApp messaging on desktop is set..
